1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ServiceOrder ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details secure.

3. Marketplace Role and No Agency

ServiceOrder is a marketplace that connects clients and providers. We do not provide services directly and are not a party to agreements made between clients and providers.

4. Bookings, Fees, and Payments

Booking requests are subject to provider acceptance. Travel fees and commission amounts are displayed in the App and may be updated from time to time. Providers are responsible for any applicable commissions and taxes, and clients are responsible for booking fees and any applicable charges.

5. Provider Verification and Safety

Providers may be required to upload identification documents for verification. Verification is not a guarantee of conduct or quality. Users are responsible for their own safety decisions and interactions.

6. Location Sharing and Privacy

The App may collect location data to enable features such as distance filters and live location sharing. Location visibility is enabled only after a booking is accepted. Please review the Privacy Policy for details on data use and retention.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant ServiceOrder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it for the purpose of operating the App.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the App for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Harass, exploit, or harm other users.
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or availability.
• Attempt to bypass verification, payment, or security controls.
• Upload malware or interfere with App operations.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, its branding, and all related content are owned by ServiceOrder or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes as permitted by these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payments, maps, or analytics). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceOrder shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the App.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ServiceOrder harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or if required by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
